What is the schedule you are using for weekly changes?
I’ve made a few mentions about the changes I’m going to take from week to week. This is the current plan as I see it. Things can change bases upon recommendations from others, but I think this schedule will help me meet my fitness goal.
| Week 1 | Cold Turkey - I’m starting my diet with a bang. Cutting out regular soda and anything else deemed “unhealthy”. |
| Week 2 | Addition of fiber and a few more carbs. |
| Week 3 | Begin exercise. Going to start with 30 minutes of daily exercise. |
| Week 4 | Addition of mulivitamins |
| Week 5 | Crank exercise up to 45 minutes per day |
| Week 6 | Cut out soda altogether. Diet tea and lemonade will stay as will diet energy drinks. Work in at LEAST 4 cups of water per day. |
| Week 7 | Crank exercise to 1 full hour per day |
| Week 8 | Diet Review – View progress so far. What’s worked.. what hasn’t worked. Jump ship to another plan, or keep steaming ahead with the original plan? |
