Weight watchers looks interesting. Don’t worry so much about daily fluctuations. What’s more important is fat loss over time. Weight fluctuates quite a bit from day to day. It could just be that you ate later at night or some such factor. You mentioned an unending appetite yesterday. I was wondering if it could be that you’re dehydrated. Are you drinking much water? Perhaps you’re just not listing that. Sometimes I think I’m hungry, but my body is actually just dehydrated. Also, I find that protein and fiber tends to be more filling than refined carbohydrates. Perhaps that could help with controlling appetite.
Good start to the year. Are you going to be blogging about your exercise too? I know you mentioned having some Biggest Loser dvds that you said you’re doing. Can’t wait to hear the reviews. They might be something that I might want to get and do if you like them. I typically like the Tae Bo dvds.
