My co-workers and I were going to lunch and wanted to do something we haven’t done in a while in order to break things up a bit. We decided to give Jersey Mike’s another try. Overall, they aren’t the healthiest option, but they’re just a tad bit worse than Subway for overall calorie counts. I went with the philly cheeseteak, as it’s 350 calories per serving… (700 for the whole thing). Even though it’s high in calories, it’s also an amazingly awesome sandwich overall. Very tasty indeed.

That brings my total for today up to 1150 calories. Given I’ll have an additional 170 after my workout, I’m going to need to make sure and keep the dinner on the lower end of the scale this evening.
