Where has the week gone?! Last week was by far my busiest and most stressful week so far. Work constantly kept me on my toes, and it seemed I never had even a moment to myself after hours. I only ended up getting to the gym once or twice, and I barely even cracked open the site to post anything…
I did my official weigh in this morning, and there was no change in my weight… still 290lbs flat. However, I did finally drop to 41% on my body fat. I assume that means the gym vist I did have last week possibly did increase my muscle mass slightly, though I’m not sure if that’s really the case or not. I also did a pretty decent grocery last week, and found several really awesome new items…. some of which I’ll be posting about.
As for the missing logs, I’m going to try to work my way back (I do have all of the pictures), but it might take me some time, as I don’t seem to have much time…
