Be careful with this as a regular breakfast. Calorie Count gave it an "F" nutrition grade - http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/120866.html. Although the number of calories is in a good range for you for breakfast, it has 30 total grams of fat (16 of which are saturated, which accounts for 80% of the daily value based on a 2000 calorie diet). It also has 150mg of cholesterol (which is 50% of the DV). It does have 16 grams of protein, which is good. But, at 470 calories, 16 grams isn't huge. Plus, it only has 2 grams of fiber. And, it has 700mg of soduim (29% DV), which you mentioned wanting to cut down on.

If your goal is to lose weight, you might want to reconsider this as a regular breakfast item. Perhaps you could save it as something for a special treat. Regardless what you decide, I'm hoping that this information will help you to fully understand the nutritional value of this item.
