Day 91 – Midmorning Snack

P8010028About noon or so, I was getting the “munchies”, but wasn’t overly hungry.  I ran to the pantry and looked for some healthy snack options.   I decided to make up some soup to tide me over until lunch.  Overall, it was pretty good, though it could have used some extra spices…
