Day 79 – The Gym
I made it to the gym, but did not want to overdo it this time. I did some stretching to get me started, and was able to hop right onto the treadmill. Once I hit 30 minutes, I figured I’d better call it time to go, so I hopped off and grabbed a shot of my progress for all of the doubters. The calories reading states 108, but using a calculator only, 1/2 hour at 2MPH burns about 188… I did on average 2.7, but I’m not sure what the exact value for that is. All in all, good workout. Next week, I’ll try to go for the full 45 min.
