Day 77 – Lunch
This afternoon, I had Ruby Tuesdays with a friend of mine. I didn’t want anything too heavy so I went with the Creole Catch. I also got the salad bar once again. In the photo, you’ll notice crutons and chickpeas. The crutons were a request from my dining companion, and I’d never had chickpeas before, so I decided to give them a try. Needless to say, I wasn’t very impressed. The salad was good overall, especially the mushrooms. They definitely added the extra kick that the salad needed. The meal itself was pretty good. The creamy mashed cauliflower was amazing as always, though the brocolli could have used some additional seasoning. The fish, on the other hand was moist and tender. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, making the meal excellent overall.

So, overall, not too heavy of a meal. I did some walking around Borders and Best Buy before and after, but I’m really not sure how many calories I might have burned doing that.
