Day 71 – Dinner

P8010028For dinner this evening, I wanted to get some protien, but didn’t want to overeat.  I’d picked up various pieces of fish a few grocery trips back and felt tonight was the night.  Usually I’d nuke the fish, but with the veggies taking up the microwave, I decided to plop it on the foreman grill.  By the time I was ready to cook, it still hadn’t thawed, but figured it would still cook quickly on the grill.  Once everything was ready, I took it off and put it on the plate.  The veggies were good, but the fish probably could have been cooked a bit longer.   Still, it was a good supper.

That brings my total for the day up to 1230 calories. A bit low for the day.  I might have me a snack in a little bit.
