Day 63 – Dinner

P8010028I needed a break and also needed something as a “treat”.  I hadn’t had tuna in some time, so I decided to have a tuna salad sandwich.  I took a packet of tuna, added a tablespoon of sugar free relish, 2 tbsp Creole Mustard, and 1tbsp of mayo.  I mixed it up very well then put it onto Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread..    On the side, I had one of the microwavable mini cakes (forgot right now who makes them) for just 150 calories.  It was pretty good.
