Day 59 – Dinner

P8010028Last night, I’d taken out some of my ground turkey in order to let it thaw out.  Tonight, it was ready to go, so I took them out and poured on the seasonings: Worstcheshire, Mesquite, Spicy Monterey, and Chili Powder.   For condiments, I didn’t have the fat-free american, but I did have Weight Watchers shredded cheddar cheese!  I topped each burger with 1/2 serving of the cheese.   All in all, it came out pretty amazing.  I was pretty satisfied with the burgers, but I really should have had some veggies on the side.  I ended up having a Weight Watchers Blueberry Muffin about 20 minutes after dinner while watching Mythbusters.

That brings my calories for the day up to 2100.  A little on the high side… probably should have just skipped the muffin!
