Week 8 – Weigh In
This weekend, I was a little “bad”. My “Free Day” went a little overboard with both portion size and the amount of appetizer I consumed. Saturday I pretty much did nothing and ate very little overall. Yesterday I had a massive headache for most of the day. I started with a very small breakfast around 8, and didn’t have dinner until almost 6PM. Then for dinner, I went a little overboard. The rest of the week, however, wasn’t bad. I think I did sabotage it a bit with the weekend. This morning, I hit 300.5 though! I still feel kind of let down… as I wanted to try to break into the 2′s this past week. Still good progress.. just need to keep it up, even though it’s getting more difficult, and the temptations are greater than ever.
I really need to catch up with the blog and stay focuses. I’m now almost 2 weeks behind, and there’s no way I’m going to be able to make up all of that. Instead, I’m going to post up pictures and discuss the meals, but I’ll probably skip the calories and points. It’ll just take way too much time to go back and figure everything up. I’m going to try to keep up again this week. I just hope I don’t get derailed again.
