Day 50 – Lunch
I’m working backwards now, so the past two weeks of posts might sound a little strange. I might rave about a dish that it would seem like I’ve already had before if reading this from beginning to end. I’m going to catch up with the posts, so that is a very strong possibility. Today’s lunch just happens to be one of those dishes! My coworker and I wanted to do something good for lunch today. I’d been craving Crazy Bowls and Wraps ever since I had them last time. I’m a buffalo fan. Haven’t always been, but Buffalo Chicken is one of my favorite foods in this world. Now, I have to say I’ve had it once or twice recently (I’m working backwards, it’s all a jumble), but I had not found a healthy alternative to that flavor until I tried the Buffalo Chicken Wrap from Crazy Bowls and Wraps. It’s a flour tortilla filled with Chicken, Rice, Ranch Dressing and Lettuce. The flavor is absolutely amazing! It’s just spicy enough to notice and the buffalo sauce permeates every single bite. This is definitely in my top 10 dishes of all time! I also decided to try at least one of the appetizers, the Lobster Rangoon. I’m not sure of the calories in it, though I’d guess it to be a bit on the high side. For now, I’ll base it around the average for “Crab Rangoon”. I’ve e-mailed CBW for more info… we’ll see what they get back to me with.
