Day 33 – Breakfast

P8010028A new month starts today!  As stated in a previous post, though the diet started on the day before the start of the month, I want to go from the 1st of each month.   A few changes, as mentioned previously, I’m going to start looking at items using Weight Watchers for planning purposes.  This will hopefully allow me to balance out the fat and bring in more fiber to the diet.  I’m curious to see how this changes things up a bit.  I’ll be signing up with the program later this evening, and I’ll post more information then.    It should be an interesting experiment, and I’m looking forward to seeing what Weight Watchers now has in their “Weight Watchers for Men” plan.

This morning, I woke up at a decent time.   I was actually able to fix something more than just a bowl of cereal.  I decided to fix one of my favorite items, open faced peanut butter and banana sandwiches.  It’s a very nutritional start that gets me some fiber, some protien,  as well as some fruit.  They are also amazingly delicious as well!!

Grand Total: 365 7.5

Not a bad start to the day overall..   365 calories and 8 points.  I’ll double check the point values tonight, so they may fluctuate.  This is based on the information I already know from previous experience.
