This week, I was a little worried. During the middle of the week, I kept seeing the pounds creep higher and higher, even though the calories remained pretty constant. I thought more than anything, I needed to shock my system, and had a “Free Day” on Friday…. but still didn’t go crazy overboard. After Friday, things started getting back to normal. This morning, I weighed in at 307.5. It’s well short of my 3lb per week goal, but still well below my 311 from earlier in the week. Counting that, I’m down almost 4lbs for the entire week. I’ll just have to keep an eye on it.
