It’s official. This morning, the scale went to 312 lbs. Because of the way my scale works, it sometimes gives me multiple readings, but I checked it about 5 times, and 312 was the common figure (as well as the highest, but it did show 309 at one point!) That would average a little over 5lbs a week, though this week it was only 3 total. However, if I can maintain my 3 lbs per week, I should easily make my goal of 150 for my birthday next year!!
