Day 15 – Breakfast

7/14/08 - BreakfastThis morning, I got up at 5:45, did my weigh in, got dressed, and stepped out the door.  It was cool and crisp this morning, so that made the first day of exercise pretty nice.  I started my walk and went up the hill to the nearest corner, and walked around to the other half of the subdivision.  The hills made the walk very difficult… by the time I reached the 2nd cul-de-sac, I was exhausted and started pondering just taking a shortcut and climbing down into my backyard.   I couldn’t do it, and I pressed forward.  I didn’t cover the entire subdivision, and didn’t take the stretch that led up to the main road…

I got home and found my short walk took just under 25 minutes.  I sat back, had myself a cold lemonade, and had my breakfast, a light yogurt.

The short amount of exercise definitely took a lot more out of me than I was expecting.   Tomorrow, I might give the treadmill a whirl to see if I could cover more area in more time on a flat surface.

Breakfast:

  • Yoplait Light Yogurt – 110 calories
  • Light Lemonade – 5 calories
  • GRAND TOTAL: 115 calories
