Day 10 – Dinner
Today for dinner, I decided to go back to an old staple… chicken and a side salad. The chicken I seasoned with black pepper and monterey chicken seasoning. The salad consisted of romaine lettuce, 2 tbsp of light french dressing, and a dash of pepper. I also had a sugar free Jello pudding to go with it. Altogether it was very satisfying. Here is the breakdown of what it I had this evening:
Dinner:
- Chicken – 150 calories
- Romaine Lettuce – 30 calories
- Light French Dressing – 45 calories
- Jello Sugar Free Pudding – 60 calories
- Minute Maid Light Lemonade – 5 calories
- GRAND TOTAL: 290 calories
That brings my total for the day so far to: 950 calories. That will be my lowest so far, and I’m not going to snack tonight. I’m not hungry, and I really don’t want anything else. Pretty amazing when I think back about EVERYTHING I ate today, including a much larger than usual breakfast. Simply awesome….
